You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of the Philippines to register and use p22ph. One account per person — no exceptions.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks are subject to verification and processing times.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity will result in forfeiture of funds and account suspension.
p22ph provides deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools. Players are responsible for managing their own gaming activity within healthy limits.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and p22ph ("p22ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the p22ph online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at p22ph.com and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

p22ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by p22ph may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the p22ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. p22ph uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all times thereafter. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and active mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
p22ph is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. p22ph will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe and will notify you of the outcome via your registered email address.
All p22ph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). p22ph does not currently support multi-currency accounts. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your p22ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number or email address.
Any activity conducted through your p22ph account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified p22ph of unauthorized access in writing prior to such activity occurring. p22ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact p22ph support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.
p22ph accepts deposits via the following payment channels, subject to availability and applicable limits:
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your p22ph account within minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the originating bank. p22ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offense under Philippine law.
To be eligible to withdraw funds from your p22ph account, you must have: (a) completed the KYC verification process to p22ph's satisfaction; (b) met any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds; and (c) not violated any provision of these Terms.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. p22ph reserves the right to require withdrawal via a specific method for compliance or fraud prevention purposes. Supported withdrawal channels include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
p22ph aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of approval, subject to KYC status and the processing times of the receiving financial institution. E-wallet withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are generally faster than bank transfers.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 PHP. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed on the withdrawal page. Players with VIP status may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits as communicated by the p22ph VIP team.
p22ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting updated identity documents, proof of payment method, or source of funds documentation. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of such checks.
p22ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions will be clearly stated in the individual bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
p22ph takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and permanent account closure:
p22ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress, except where required by law or regulatory directive.
All games available on the p22ph Platform — including slots, live baccarat, poker, bingo, dice, and all other titles — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. The outcomes of all games are determined by chance and are not influenced by p22ph or any player.
Each game on the p22ph Platform has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. p22ph is not responsible for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, p22ph will investigate the incident and apply a fair resolution in accordance with the game provider's technical guidelines. p22ph's decision in such matters is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p22ph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:
Any unauthorized use of p22ph's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by p22ph.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p22ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
p22ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p22ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude p22ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
p22ph reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.
p22ph may permanently close your account and forfeit any remaining balance in cases of serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, use of automated tools, or provision of false identity information.
You may request the closure of your p22ph account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with Section 6. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 11, 12, and 15 — shall continue to apply.
p22ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at p22ph.com/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
p22ph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and p22ph cannot guarantee absolute data security.
p22ph will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification services) strictly as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with our legal obligations.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and p22ph, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. p22ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution.
p22ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, p22ph will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.
